Please note that the setup requires a grass area with the option to use stakes for stability. If your event is on concrete or asphalt, worry not! Water barrel anchors can be rented at an additional fee to ensure a secure and stable setup. Our dedicated team will handle both setup and breakdown, offering you a stress-free event experience.

If your tent is being installed over dirt, grass, or soft / uneven ground, we offer optional plywood subflooring to create a more stable and solid walking surface for guests, tables, and equipment. This temporary plywood floor helps reduce ground softness, movement, and mud exposure, and can greatly improve comfort and usability inside the tent.
Plywood flooring is especially recommended for:
- backyards or outdoor areas with dirt or soil
- locations where rain or moisture may soften the ground
- uneven or sloped terrain
- events requiring a sturdier foundation beneath the tent
This is a professional add-on service that includes delivery, placement, installation, and removal of the flooring. Because plywood is installed over natural ground conditions, a perfectly level or rigid surface cannot be guaranteed.
